Which hydraulic cylinder series should I choose?

For standard industrial motion up to 160 bar choose CD / DK (ISO 6020/2). For long strokes and higher loads at 210 bar the flange HD / HK are suitable. For the toughest duty up to 250 bar, the DP series (ISO 6022). For limited space the compact RP / MP / RQ, and for precise continuous positioning the TD / TK / TH / TX / TP servo cylinders. What is the difference between ISO 6020/2 and ISO 6022?

ISO 6020/2 defines medium-duty cylinders with an operating pressure of 160 bar (tie-rod CD/DK) up to 210 bar (flange HD/HK). ISO 6022 is the standard for higher-strength cylinders with an operating pressure of 250 bar (the DP/TP series). Both standards standardise the connection and mounting dimensions, so the cylinders are dimensionally interchangeable between manufacturers.

Are Conforti cylinders interchangeable with Parker Hannifin or Bosch Rexroth?

Yes. Thanks to compliance with ISO 6020/2 and ISO 6022, Conforti cylinders have standardised connection and mounting dimensions.
