Hydraulic cylinders for automotive lines and automated workstationsISO 6020/2 (CD/DK/MD) and compact RP/MP/RQ

Double-acting hydraulic cylinders for automotive lines, automated workstations, machine tools and clamping fixtures. Tie-rod cylinders to ISO 6020/2 (CD / DK / MD, 160 bar, Ø 25–200 mm) and compact series RP / MP / RQ for limited space. For piston-position sensing (intermediate and end positions), the MD / MP series with sensors is available. Supplied by hydraulika.store, the authorised distributor of Conforti Oleodinamica for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the EU — with an online configurator, free CAD models and delivery within 14 working days (urgent within 48 h).

Need piston-position sensing? The MD series has a magnetic piston and SH / SR sensors clamped onto the tie-rods — sliding anywhere along the stroke (intermediate and end positions), they signal the piston position to the PLC. The same installed dimensions as CD / DK, just with a magnetic piston. More about MD cylinders with sensors →
Need a stroke over 2000 mm? The HD / HK series shares the same ISO 6020/2 standard but with rear flanges — for long strokes it is more suitable than tie-rod CD / DK thanks to higher rigidity and better buckling resistance. Operating pressure 210 bar, stroke up to 4000 mm. View HD / HK cylinders for long strokes →

Online configurator

Configure your hydraulic cylinder online

Choose the series, mounting, bore and stroke in the online configurator. It builds the exact cylinder, generates the configuration code (SKU) and a technical datasheet, and lets you download the CAD model.

Technical specifications

Hydraulic cylinder technical specifications

CD, DK and MD cylinders are manufactured to ISO 6020/2 (DIN 24554). The standard guarantees interchangeability with cylinders from Parker Hannifin, Bosch Rexroth, Festo and others — without modifying the machine.

Choosing a series by application

Which cylinder series for your application?

For automotive lines, automated workstations and machine tools, tie-rod CD / DK cylinders (ISO 6020/2) are most often chosen. For piston-position sensing (intermediate and end positions), the MD series with sensors is used; for limited space the compact RP / MP / RQ series; and for long strokes the flanged HD / HK series.

Industrial applications

Where hydraulic cylinders are used in automation and handling

Automotive lines, plastics machinery, machining centres, hydraulic clamping, automated workstations and direct replacement for Parker, Bosch Rexroth or Festo — from tie-rod ISO 6020/2 series (CD / DK, HD / HK) through heavy-duty ISO 6022 (DP) to compact cylinders (RP / MP / RQ). Everywhere interchangeability, reliability and spare-part availability matter.

CAD & technical documentation

CAD models and 2D drawings of hydraulic cylinders

Download the 3D model or 2D drawing for the exact configured hydraulic cylinder. The model matches the bore, rod, mounting and stroke from the configurator. STEP, IGES, Parasolid, STL, DWG, DXF and PDF formats free of charge.

How to obtain a 3D model or drawing of a CD / DK / MD cylinder

  1. 1
Configure the cylinder — set the bore, rod, mounting and stroke in the configurator above
  2. 2
Open the 2D / 3D model section — once the product is added to the request, the configuration code (SKU) is shown
  3. 3
Re-enter the configuration code (SKU) — paste the cylinder code into the “CODE WIZARD” and confirm the configuration
  4. 4
Choose a format and download — STEP, IGES, Parasolid, DWG, DXF and more

Brand authority

Why Conforti via hydraulika.store

We are the authorised distributor of the Italian manufacturer Conforti Oleodinamica for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the EU. For automotive lines and automated workstations we supply CD / DK / MD cylinders and compact series — position detection, compact installation and high cycle capability. Authorised supply with English-language support.

Authorised distributor

Genuine Conforti cylinders with the full manufacturer's warranty. No re-exports or aftermarket parts. A direct distribution agreement.

Piston position detection

The MD series with SH / SR sensors reports the piston position to the PLC — controlling motion sequences on the line; the sensors clamp onto the tie-rods.

ISO 9001 since 2008

Conforti has held a quality management system certified to ISO 9001 for 18+ years. Periodically validated business processes.

Valve directly on the cylinder

The control valve can be mounted directly on the cylinder (CETOP) — shorter lines and faster response in automation.

100% individual testing

Every cylinder undergoes an individual test protocol to ISO 10100 before dispatch. Records kept on file.

High number of cycles

The construction and 100% testing of the cylinders make them suitable for operation with a high number of working cycles.

Made in Italy

Manufactured in Monza (Lombardy). A proven design to ISO 6020/2 and ISO 6022, DIN 24554 / 24333.

Compact for confined space

For confined robotic workstations we offer compact cylinders with a short installed length.
