DP hydraulic cylinders for heavy handling and liftingISO 6022 heavy-duty · 250 bar · heavy-load manipulators, forgings, steelworks

Double-acting DP hydraulic cylinders (ISO 6022 heavy-duty, 250 bar, 375 bar test) for heavy-load manipulators, handling of forgings and semi-finished products, tilters and dumpers. Double bronze guidance of both piston and rod absorbs radial forces and misalignment, the heavy-duty PQ piston withstands shocks and pressure peaks, and the metal RM wiper resists dust and abrasion in steelworks and forges. Supplied by hydraulika.store, an authorised distributor of Conforti Oleodinamica for the EU — with an online configurator, free CAD models and delivery within 14 working days (urgently within 48 h).

Precise, controlled positioning? Where handling requires position control, the TP servo cylinders (ISO 6022) with an absolute rod position sensor are used — continuous travel measurement and proportional motion control, not just end-position detection. TP servo cylinders with position sensing →
Hot, dusty steelworks or forge environment? DP can be fitted with a metal RM wiper against dust and abrasion, a heavy-duty PQ piston against shocks and pressure peaks, and an H (Viton FKM) seal up to 150 °C. For corrosive environments you can choose a stainless rod RRX or Nichrome RRK. Configure a cylinder with RM / PQ options →

Online configurator

Configure your hydraulic cylinder online

Choose the series, mounting, bore and stroke in the online configurator. It builds the exact cylinder, generates the configuration code (SKU) and a technical datasheet, and lets you download the CAD model.

Technical specifications

DP technical specifications

DP cylinders are manufactured to ISO 6022 heavy-duty with double bronze guidance of both piston and rod. The design withstands shocks, pressure peaks, radial forces and misalignment — which makes it suitable for heavy manipulators, the handling of forgings and operation in steelworks.

DP configuration by duty

How to configure a DP cylinder for your handling?

The DP series stays the same (ISO 6022, 250 bar, bronze guidance) — it differs only in the options to suit the duty. For ordinary heavy manipulators the standard is enough; for shocks and forgings add the heavy-duty PQ piston, and for steelworks and forges add the metal RM wiper and a corrosion-resistant rod (RRX / RRK).

Industrial applications

Where hydraulic cylinders are used in industry and handling

Heavy manipulators and handling arms, the handling of forgings and hot semi-finished products in steelworks and forges, tilters and dumpers for heavy loads, feeds and approaches on presses and forming machines — everywhere the cylinder faces shocks, pressure peaks, radial forces and misalignment. The DP series (ISO 6022, 250 bar) with bronze guidance, the heavy-duty PQ piston and the metal RM wiper handles demanding duty with a long service life.

CAD models and 2D drawings of hydraulic cylinders

Download the 3D model or 2D drawing for your exact cylinder configuration. The model matches the bore, rod, mounting and stroke from the configurator. STEP, IGES, Parasolid, STL, DWG, DXF and PDF formats, free of charge.

How to get a 3D model or drawing of a DP cylinder

  1. 1
Configure the cylinder — set the bore, rod, mounting and stroke in the configurator above
  2. 2
Open the 2D / 3D model section — after adding the product to your request, the configuration code (SKU) appears
  3. 3
Re-enter the configuration code (SKU) — paste the cylinder code into the "CODE WIZARD" and confirm the configuration
  4. 4
Choose a format and download — STEP, IGES, Parasolid, DWG, DXF and more
