Hydraulic cylinders for presses and shearing machinesSmaller presses and secondary movements · DP / TP (ISO 6022)
For hydraulic presses, shearing and blanking machines, punching, press-brake, briquetting and scrap presses, the heavy-duty double-acting hydraulic cylinders DP / TP to ISO 6022 (nominal pressure 250 bar, test pressure 375 bar to ISO 10100, bore Ø 50–200 mm, stroke up to 6000 mm, reference force 730 kN) come into their own — on smaller presses and demanding secondary movements (ejectors, hold-downs, feeds and positioning). They handle high forces over a short stroke and cyclic shear loads; adjustable end-of-stroke cushioning protects the machine frame from impact when the material is punched through. For closed-loop positioning and stroke control of a press's secondary movements, the TP servo series follows on, with integrated position feedback. Supplied by hydraulika.store, an authorised distributor of Conforti Oleodinamica for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the EU — with an online configurator, free CAD models and delivery within 14 working days.

Heavy-duty DP (ISO 6022, 250 bar) has thicker rods for smaller presses and demanding secondary press movements — shearing and punching operations — with end-of-stroke cushioning against impact. TP servo is used for closed-loop positioning and stroke control of secondary movements with precise continuous position measurement. For lighter secondary movements around a press — ejectors, hold-downs, feeds and positioning — the cheaper flange-mounted HD / HK series (ISO 6020/2, 210 bar) without the double bronze guide is sufficient.
Where press cylinders are most often used
Hydraulic presses, shearing and blanking machines, punching and press-brake presses, briquetting and scrap presses — wherever high force over a short stroke, repeatability and durability under cyclic operation are decisive. The heavy-duty ISO 6022 series (DP) with end-of-stroke cushioning against impact handles demanding cyclic loads; TP servo adds closed-loop positioning and stroke control of a press's secondary movements.
Need help choosing a cylinder for your application?CAD models and 2D drawings of press cylinders
Download the 3D model or 2D drawing for your exact hydraulic press cylinder configuration. The model matches the bore, rod, mounting, end-of-stroke cushioning and stroke from the configurator. STEP, IGES, Parasolid, STL, DWG, DXF and PDF formats, free of charge.
How to get a 3D model or drawing of a press cylinder
- 1Configure the cylinder — choose the series, bore, rod, mounting and stroke in the configurator above
- 2Open the 2D / 3D model section — the configuration code (SKU) appears once the product is added
- 3Enter the configuration code (SKU) — paste the cylinder code into the "CODE WIZARD" and confirm the configuration

Why Conforti through hydraulika.store
We are an authorised distributor of the Italian manufacturer Conforti Oleodinamica. For presses and shearing machines we supply cylinders that withstand impact loads — high pressure, end-of-stroke cushioning and direct valve mounting on the cylinder. An authorised supply with English-language support.
Genuine Conforti cylinders with the full manufacturer's warranty. No re-exports or aftermarket parts. Direct distribution agreement.
A robust design handles the impact loads of shearing and pressing — resistant to pressure peaks.
Conforti has held an ISO 9001 certified quality management system for 18+ years. Periodically validated business processes.
Adjustable end-of-stroke cushioning dampens the deceleration and protects both the press cylinder and the tool.
Every cylinder undergoes an individual test protocol to ISO 10100 before delivery. Records kept on file.
The control valve can be mounted directly on the cylinder via the CETOP interface — a compact, fast press hydraulic system.
Manufactured in Monza (Lombardy). Proven design to ISO 6020/2 and ISO 6022, DIN 24554 / 24333.
For selected models, express delivery within 48 hours; standard orders 10–15 working days straight from production.
